Overthinking things. Lol

So I got this thought while I was watching Toy Story 2. I know what you are thinking "Why is a junior in high school watching Toy Story.?" Its because I am still a little kid when it comes to certain things. Anyway I am sitting here watching it and I was wondering "How come whenever the toys were driving how were they never pulled over by a cop." I know it seems silly to think about but I believe its a serious question. Lol. If I would drive like that I would be pulled over and given multiple traffic tickets. Also what would have happend if the toys actually got pulled over? DCan anyone answer these question. If you can you will be my hero for life.
